It’s very rare to see Jennifer Garner in a flash of colour, so the minute she stepped out in this bright sparkly outfit we had to find some alternatives both on the high street and from some of our favourite designers. And my goodness, did we find some gems.Jennifer chose a sparkly white skirt to make the most of her satin pink top. However, unless you can afford to spend some serious money on a well-tailored sequined skirt that has been properly lined, not only to stop it looking cheap but to prevent it snagging, then you do run the risk of looking like an extra in an Austin Power’s movie.
Look out for lace and ruffled options instead. You may not think that white is the most wearable colour for this time of year but dressed up with a bright colour, like Jennifer’s pink top, for the evening or teamed with neutral greys and soft blues during the day, you can definitely make it work.
