David BeckhamDavid and Victoria Beckham have vowed not to keep a penny of the £16million he is suing prostitute Irma Nici for if they win their case.

According to reports, all money potentially paid out will go straight to the couple's children's charity, the Victoria andDavid Beckham Charitable Trust.

"Any cash retrieved from this liar will help sick kids," a friend of the pair apparently told The Sun.

The Beckhams' legal team served the call girl with a £16million writ in New York on Monday, over allegations she made to InTouch magazine that she had partaken in a threesome with David.

The footballer has dismissed the claims as "utter nonsense".

The writ accuses Irma of libel, slander and emotional stress in pursuit of profit.
