Katie Price has been found guilty of not being in proper control of her vehicle.But the glamour model robustly denies claims that she was using her phone behind the wheel.
Instead she insists she's just a 'typical woman driver'.
At a magistrates' court hearing yesterday, Katie offered her defence of why the pink horsebox she was driving may have swerved while being followed by the police patrol.
She said: "I'm a typical woman driver. It's a massive great lorry and I just wasn't used to driving it."
Mid Sussex magistrates found her guilty of the charge of not being in proper control of the vehicle. Katie was also given three penalty points to add to the seven already on her licence, was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £650 costs.
