Lea MicheleHer Glee character Rachel Berry is a cute, naive A-grade student.

And while Lea Michele insists she's similar in real life, these new shots say different.

In a shoot for Marie Claire magazine, Lea has stripped off and looks every inch a steamy sex goddess.

But in the interview accompanying the images, the actress is keen to present herself as a wholesome character: "I can honestly sit down in front of you and say I don’t smoke and I don’t do drugs. I never have and that’s who I am."

And on her growing tattoo collection? "I don't have a kiss on my butt or anything! They're all tiny.

"I mean, you saw me in the shoot today, I was practically nude. Did you see any? No. I'm telling you I have nine. All so, so, so little."

Though Lea is happy to admit the success of the programme has given her a confidence boost in more ways than one: "Glee has made me feel beautiful. Now when people say that I don't feel like they're lying.

"I grew up in a community where what I looked like wasn't considered beautiful and then I work on this show that proves it doesn't matter what you look like, that you're beautiful and beauty is on the inside…"

But at least Lea always had faith in her talent - a feeling that wasn't necessarily shared by her teachers: "My acting teacher and music teachers didn't really like me and they kind of ignored me. I think that they were threatened by the fact that I had worked before."

Kylie's New Love Nest

Kylie Minogue and Andres Velencoso SeguraKylie Minogue's love life hasn't always been smooth sailing, but happily that's all behind her now.
The pop princess has revealed she's bought a new love pad with her boyfriend, Andres Velencoso Segura.
Having sold the £4.5million London home she's been living in for the past 15 years, the 42-year-old has moved into a mansion just round the corner.
"This year has been full of lots of lovely sparkling new things. Me and Andres have just set up home in a new place. It's slightly bigger. But we are having to furnish and decorate from scratch again," she told The Sun.
"The new place is more appropriate for my current situation and my family. It feels like a new start in life. I had considered moving for ages and had looked at loads of places without finding anything I liked."
She added: "It's the sort of place where mum and dad can come and go. It's so lovely to see the generations together. I've also got my own garden for the first time and I'm looking forward to trying a bit of gardening."
Kylie's old flat was styled by luxury interior designers, the Candy brothers, and featured a rooftop dance studio, but will she miss it?
"It was sad to say goodbye to that place. I had lots of fun there."

WHAT’S INVOLVED?
I dread visits to the hairdresser. I have dark blonde hair that I occasionally highlight and leave to grow out resulting in a slight two-tone effect. I have, in the past, had my head burnt by a very well-known salon and had my hair dyed a drastic shade of dark brown that left me in tears. But I am always too polite to complain (yes, even when my head is blistering underneath my hair). On arrival at Electric, I was whisked to a seat and given a thorough consultation about what I wanted. I gave my usual response of wanting to look like Sienna Miller in Alfie (obviously) and a slightly more low-maintenance plan was devised.
I took my usual stash of three magazines in case of unwanted small talk, but ended up chatting away throughout the long colouring process, without a mention of upcoming holidays or the weather. I usually Sienna Miller in Alfiedetest having my hair washed, but was treated to the most amazing head massage. The cut and blow-dry was carefully done - with lots of checking I was happy (I genuinely was - not my usual polite yes).
The result: as close to Sienna Miller as I could ever humanly be.
THE VERDICT:
If you see a visit to the hairdressers as a real luxury then Electric is for you. You can expect attentive service, tailored style advice and as many cups of coffee (or glasses of wine) as you'd like. Meanwhile, if you usually dread a salon visit, be assured that Electric will take good care of you - they did me.

Bradley & Renee Open Up

Renee and Bradley on the set of Case 39The notoriously tight-lipped Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper have finally spoken out about their relationship.
The pair met on the set of thriller Case 39 back in 2006 and they've been dating for over a year.
They have previously flat-out refused to discuss their relationship, but now they've opened up to Entertainment Tonight in America.
Speaking about when they first met, Bradley said: "Can't say enough about her. I never met her before this movie, but I just love her.
"I love coming to work. I love acting with her. I can learn so much from her."
Renee also opened up about her feelings for Bradley: "He's a great actor. I just got so excited, not believing that I was going to go work with him."
We'd have liked some more juicy details from the pair - but at this point we'll take what we're given.

Catherine Fights Tears

Catherine Zeta-JonesCatherine Zeta-Jones fought back tears last night as she spoke of her husband's brave battle against throat cancer.
The actress was in Wales to welcome the stars of this year's Ryder Cup golf tournament, but Michael Douglaswas forced to pull out of the visit due to his treatment.
Speaking about Michael's positive response to treatment, Catherine was overcome with emotion.
She said: "Michael will be glued to anything that has a golf ball and a club, especially the Ryder Cup. Usually I would be watching with him.
"He would be representing the American team and I would be wholeheartedly representing the European team, but not this year, maybe next time."
After dabbing her eyes Catherine continued: "He's not travelling with me. He's just finished his treatment.
"He's holding up very, very well and everyone couldn't be happier with his progress. He's holding up with great strength and dignity."

Jennifer GarnerIt’s very rare to see Jennifer Garner in a flash of colour, so the minute she stepped out in this bright sparkly outfit we had to find some alternatives both on the high street and from some of our favourite designers. And my goodness, did we find some gems.

Jennifer chose a sparkly white skirt to make the most of her satin pink top. However, unless you can afford to spend some serious money on a well-tailored sequined skirt that has been properly lined, not only to stop it looking cheap but to prevent it snagging, then you do run the risk of looking like an extra in an Austin Power’s movie.
Look out for lace and ruffled options instead. You may not think that white is the most wearable colour for this time of year but dressed up with a bright colour, like Jennifer’s pink top, for the evening or teamed with neutral greys and soft blues during the day, you can definitely make it work.

A shift style top is a must for everyone. It’s clingy enough to show off your curves but not so tight that you need to breathe in at all times. They skim over the tummy and hip area so are ideal for pear and apple shapes. They are also immensely versatile, especially in a satin or silk fabric. Wear it with something more sparkly and glitzy for night and with your favourite pair of jeans during the day.

Jennifer has finished off her outfit with some killer accessories – skyscraper statement heels and a chunky layered pearl necklace. Shoes like Jennifer’s should only be worn by high heel pros. If you have to totter then it’s only going to highlight to everyone else how high your heels are and how uncomfortable you look.

There are many mid-heels available now, and, dare I say it, even kitten heels, so that you'll be sure to find something in an identical colour that keeps you closer to the ground.
Layered necklaces are everywhere this season and the only rule of thumb to remember is: The more layers the better. You have been told.

Cheryl ColeAfter a year of divorce, heartbreak and malaria, Cheryl Cole's back to her best.

The singer was out in London last night to promote Promise, a ring collection she's designed for luxury jewellery firm de Grisogono.

In a glittering Elie Saab minidress, Cheryl looked amazing as she posed in the rain for photographers.

The singer has previously worn pieces by the jewellery brand on The X Factor and earlier this year made an appearance at their Cannes party, reportedly earning £250,000 for 30 minute's work.
Cheryl, Kimberley and NicolaFriends who joined her to celebrate included band matesKimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, although Nadine and Sarah were nowhere in sight.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Cheryl is beefing up her security team in preparation for her upcoming book signings.

Australia's Model Blunder

Live television is always a risk - and no-one realises that fact more than Australian supermodel Sarah Murdoch.
The host of Australia's Next Top Model made a large mistake when she announced the winner of the latest series - but it appears she was told the wrong name by producers.
It was then her job to correct the fiasco live on air... Gulp.
Sarah first announced Kelsey Martinovich as the winner of the series amid celebration music and cheering from the crowds. Kelsey even had time to begin her acceptance speech before Sarah realised the mistake, and had to retract her earlier statement and crown Amanda Ware as the actual winner: "I don't know what to say right now. I'm feeling a bit sick about this," the presenter said.
"I'm so sorry. Oh my God, I don't know what to say. This is what happens when you have live TV folks. This is insane, insane, insane."
Even after Amanda had been told she was in fact the winner, she seemed in too much shock to celebrate, while Kelsey took the news with grace, congratulating her rival.
While Kelsey lost out on top place, the programme have promised she'll receive a £12,000 cash prize and trip to New York as an apology, as Amanda walks away with a modelling contract, £12,000, a New York trip, a car and an appearance in Harper's Bazaar magazine as well as the coveted title of Australia's Next Top Model.
Wowzers. You don't see that kind of thing on Britain's Got Talent, do you?

Katie PriceKatie Price has been found guilty of not being in proper control of her vehicle.

But the glamour model robustly denies claims that she was using her phone behind the wheel.

Instead she insists she's just a 'typical woman driver'.

At a magistrates' court hearing yesterday, Katie offered her defence of why the pink horsebox she was driving may have swerved while being followed by the police patrol.

She said: "I'm a typical woman driver. It's a massive great lorry and I just wasn't used to driving it."

Mid Sussex magistrates found her guilty of the charge of not being in proper control of the vehicle. Katie was also given three penalty points to add to the seven already on her licence, was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £650 costs.

Beckham's Dirty Money

According to reports, all money potentially paid out will go straight to the couple's children's charity, the Victoria andDavid Beckham Charitable Trust.

The sports star has revealed to Oprah Winfrey that she's enrolled in beauty school.
Speaking as part of a show that saw celebrities try out their dream occupations, Serena admitted her quest to become a nail technician is soon to be realised, as she's busy completing a manicure course: "When I was younger, I was obsessed with nails. It kind of relaxes me."
However, understandably the reaction to the news has been one of surprise from family and fans alike: "No-one believed me, and I'm like, 'Listen - I'm going to nail school.'

Having completed 200 of the 600 hours of manicure and pedicure experience she needs to qualify, Serena was more than happy to try out her skills on Oprah herself. And the TV host isn't Serena's only celebrity client: "I do Venus' nails sometimes. She can't sit still!"
We have to be honest - if we were Serena we probably wouldn't give up the day job. But at least her talons will always be preened to perfection courtside.

Yesterday it was Kelly Osbourne and Dannii Minogue, and today it's Amy Winehouse andMark Ronson having a Twitter slanging match.

Well, so far, it's a rather one-sided argument but a juicy one nonetheless. After Mark appeared on the Jools Holland show last Friday, Amy vented her frustrations on Twitter, writing: "ronson you're dead to me; one album i write an you take half the credit- make a career out of it? don't think so BRUV." (sic)
However, it seems as though the singer has had a change of heart, earlier today she wrote: "ronson i love you; that make it better? you knoww i love you- it's a jew thingz x whup rza." (sic)

Is anyone else confused?
Paris HiltonMeanwhile, we reported yesterday that Paris Hilton had been given a one-year suspended sentence after pleading guilty to drug possession and obstructing a police officer but it seems that the heiress has far more important matters to deal with. Her pet rabbits have started breeding. Her latest tweet read: "My Bunnies had Babies! So Cute! :)"

There's nothing like bringing up babies to keep you out of trouble!

Dannii Minogue is set to reveal all in her autobiography - including the legendary X Factor feud with ex-judge Sharon Osbourne. She says in the book: "She said I'd had too much Botox and plastic surgery and looked ridiculous, and I was nothing more than a mosquito she wanted to flick away." But Sharon's daughter Kelly has been fighting back on her Twitter page against the claims. In a series of tweets she posted: "The best thing to happen to dannii's career was that my mother hated her she needs to shut her mouth and concenterate on motherhood! i will be the first one to admit that my mother did not play her cards right when came Dannii Minogueto dannii but trust me when i say dannii is the devil. dannii you are so lucky that i respect simon enough to not tell the truth about what really happened. wa wa wa you poor middle aged victim.

"To the 12 dannii fans out there i ask you this question what would you do if someone wrote a book of lies about your mother? i think you all forget i was there i saw everything and if my mum was the "bully" why was she the one the left the show? sorry i have just had to deal with this bullshit 4 years and i have kept my mouth shut but i am sick and tired of her lies enough is enough" (sic). Friday 17th September
Paris Hilton feeding her 20 rabbitsRabbits are cute, there's no denying it, and while most people might have one or two as a cute pet, Paris Hiltonhas bought herself twenty, yes twenty, bunnies. The socialite rescued the furry creatures after discovering that they were destined to meet a grisly end.

She tweeted: "The bunnies were meant to be feeders. I saw them at the petstore & they told me they were for snake food and I had to save them. I rescued 20 of them. They are now happy living in my backyard. They are all so happy, so nice to have changed their fate." Later on she posted a photo of herself giving her new chums a tasty meal of rabbit food, lettuce, carrots and grapes, and she said: "Feeding My Bunnies a Late Night Snack."

In other news, we'd like to welcome actor Steve Martin to Twitter, who joined earlier in the week and already has a whopping 98,000 followers. With tweets like: "My linen bath towel too rough this morning," that figure is set to sky rocket.

When we heard that Peaches Geldof had been rushed to hospital in Paris we were worried. But thanks to Peaches' Twitter chat, we know she's now safe and well. We'll let her fill you in on the story of her last few days… "Today was horrible as I have been very ill! Feeling yucky and SICK. Gonna try to sleep.

"In the hospital they just asked me if I "passed gas yet". Nodded an embarrassed yes, the 2 nurses exploded into rapturous applause!? Cringe. Me- "I shld prob try walking round right?" Doctor- "yeah just wrap the urine tube round your arm like a fancy Louis Vuitton bag". Er- WHAT!?

"To everyone asking- I'm in hospital because I had a painful cyst that needed removing. The cyst was removed successfully and I'm doing fine. Thanks for the kind words tweetpeeps! Internal cysts are so weird. And painful!

"Never been happier to be back home in LA. Feel like I havent been home in years. Between going cross America with my boy for his movie tour, heading 2 london 2 film, then paris & nyc. Then getting seriously ill and having to have an op, its been an intense time! Just want to lie in bed forever now!!

"Safe home having cuddles with @eliroth. Feel about a million times better" (sic).

What to do when you have a wonky tooth that you fear may be causing you to talk with a lisp? Post a picture of it on Twitter, of course. Una Healy from The Saturdays posted this picture of herself yesterday saying: "can having a lower crooked tooth give you a minor lisp? well I am lucky and have naturally straight teeth... apart from one bugger! and I am booked in to have it straightened.... have heard it too many times that I have a mini lisp... lets see if this does the trick to get rid of it!" (sic). Thanks for sharing, Una.

Meanwhile, we haven't brought you any sickening, philosophical celebrity enthusiasm for a while, so let's call today your lucky day. Kylie Minogue this morning posted: "Do you ever wake up feeling so overwhelmingly inspired, it almost hurts?" In answer to your question, Kylie: no. We don't. We mostly wake up and wish our alarm would shut up.

Another celebrity has bid farewell to Twitter. This time it'sJohn Mayer who has had enough. Having built up a following of more than 3.7million, the star has closed down the account to "return to the studio" according to his representative. We wonder whether the studio in question holds a strict no tweeting rule? Don't be too down-hearted though, John continues to communicate with his fans through his blog. Phew. Paris Hilton
Meanwhile, we previously brought you the news that Paris Hilton was recovering from her latest, erm, slip-up, with a holiday in Maui. And now we know exactly what she's been up to while there. She's been enjoying some scuba diving. Paris posted a series of pictures on Twitter last night, including this one with a little friend, saying: "Found a starfish". She also posted a picture of a shark she spotted, although she wasn't quite so cosy with him.

When we heard that Spencer Pratt had been arrested in Costa Rica for illegal possession of a firearm, we went straight to Spencer's Twitter page to see what he had to say on the matter. And he's cleared things right up. Sort of. He posted: "Arrested in Costa Rica. If I knew the gov't was Team Jacob, I wouldve kept my mouth shut." He then went off topic for a second, saying: "Out of all the awards I've never won, my imaginary VMA is the most cherished." Before going back to the issue in hand: "Costa Rican jail smells like children's tears. And soup. Delicious soup. Thanks to jail, I finally have something in common with Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and that Lohan chick!" So that's the full story. Although he did finish with this message: "Wait - I was in jail? Meanwhile, since our invite to the VMAs got lost in the post (again), we kept track of all the action by watching what celebrities were saying on Twitter. Lady Gaga stole the show, not just for her host of award wins, but also for wearing a dress made out of meat. Yes, meat. Lily Allenposted: "Only GaGa can do Beef Curtains and get away with it. loving the #meatdress" (sic). At the end of the night Lady Gaga posted this pic, saying: "Too much poetry tonight, + grateful words to say. But u love u, + I love I, + we were #bornthisway" (sic). And if you don't understand what she means by this don't worry - you're not the only one.
Whitney PortFriday 10th September

Did you guess who this elementary school cutey is?Whitney Port posted the picture on her blog yesterday, tweeting: "My elementary school portrait. Pretty cute huh?!" Very cute. She said on her blog: "I loved school so much that even after school my sisters and I would come home and play school with each other. We would recreate the classroom and each have our own desks." She also revealed some quite worrying diet secrets from her childhood: "Every day I would come home, take a half a loaf of white bread, roll it into a ball and eat it, as if it were an apple!! I would then move on to coffee ice cream covered in chocolate sauce and mini M&Ms. YIKES!" We're guessing Whitney's snacking habits have changed slightly since school, unless she has the fastest metabolism in the history of the world.

Meanwhile, when we spotted Sophie Ellis-Bextor next to Pixie Lott yesterday, we cruelly compared them to Ebony and Ivory, (sorry, Pixie). But now Pixie Lott has spoken out against critics of the 'fake tan' look she was working at Fashion's Night Out. She posted on Twitter: "i'm tanned from a great hols in ibiza, why would i use fake tan?" (sic). Pixie's since deleted the post, though so maybe she's remembered a spot of bronzer application after all. We'll never know. Rihanna's new album cover
In other Twitter news, Rihanna has posted this sneak peek at her album cover. And she's looking hot. She said: "The response to this record has been incredible THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!" Our response to this Marchesa gown is: "Incredible".

Lastly, things have been quiet on the romance front for Kelly Osbourne since she split from fiance Luke Worrell, but she's been tweeting about a new man in her bed. Don't get too excited though, it's just her good friend Grimmy. But while she wasn't trying to make her ex jealous, she did have another man on her mind. She posted: "dear zac efron im in bed with Grimmy. jealous?" (sic).
Spencer Pratt and Heidi MontagThursday 9th September
To us, Spencer Pratt has long been the most aptly named celebrity in the world. But now it looks like he might be turning over a new leaf. The Hills star has taken to his Twitter page to apologise to Heidi Montag, his estranged wife that he, (how to put this diplomatically?) wasn't very nice to on quite a few occasions on international television. He posted last night: "I need to apologise to Heidi and my 11.5 fans. I'm an epic douche - and you deserve better." (Are you one of Spencer's 11.5 fans?) He then posted a link to his interview with People magazine, saying: "Please read & RT - this apology extends to all of you." In theDemi Mooreinterview Spencer says: "Divorce can be a trying, draining, and emotionally devastating experience for all involved. Despite these hardships, most individuals manage to conduct themselves with dignity and maturity. I did not – I failed spectacularly. I horribly embarrassed the one person that meant the world to me. For my outrageous and infantile behaviour, I offer Heidi my most sincere apologies." Wow.

Meanwhile, in case you were starting to forget what Demi Moore looks like (it's been at least four days since her last Twitpic) here's a snap the actress posted of herself last night. She said: "On set of The Reasonable Bunch in my glamorous look!" This should keep us going for the rest of the week.

You'd think that around about now Paris Hilton would be swotting up over a law textbook and having many a crisis meeting with her team of staff. But that just isn't the Paris way. Mondays are obviously the new Saturdays as the girl group were filling our Twitter feed with their evening's antics, namely a Mexican night at casa Sandford. Rochelle Wiseman announced she was running early and took to Twitter for beverage inspiration: "I'm early at Frankie's dinner party, I'm going to the offy, red or white?!" (sic). Later, Frankie donned a Mexican sombrero and moustache to add to the party mood. Some people have all the fun.

It wasn't such a happy time for Jessica Simpson. Just a day after posting what a lucky girl she was to have found new beau, Eric Johnson, the singer commemorated the anniversary of the death of her beloved dog: "This day last year my life changed because I lost my baby Daisy Mae - the best pup of all time…give your dog some extra love today!!"

If anyone missed Kanye West's onstage antics at last year's MTV VMAs, you missed Kanye storming on during Taylor's acceptance speech shouting that Beyonce should have won. This rather ungentlemanly behaviour made Kanye somewhat unpopular and, with the VMAs just a week away, what better time for a promotional push? We mean, a heartfelt apology? Kanye (@kanyewest) rambled on for almost two hours on Saturday morning about the incident, here are some highlights from what he said: "If you google Asshole my face may very well pop up 2 pages into the search. I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her. She had nothing to do with my issues with award shows. She had no idea what hit her. She's justa lil girl with dreams like the rest of us. Why was it made into such a race issue. Taylor loves rap music... I love country music. I'm sorry Taylor." While this was happening on Saturday, one reader tweeted us suggesting Kanye call the song "Sorry I'm A Complete Tool". We hope so.

Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson might have been unlucky in love in the past, but things seem to be looking up for the star. She's been with American footballer Eric Johnson for three months and this weekend posted this picture, saying: "I met a wonderful man. Damn I'm lucky!"

Could Paris Hilton's Twitter account have landed her in more trouble with the law? If today's reports are true then it looks like it. Nearly two months ago Paris posted this picture on her Twitter page, saying: "Love My New Chanel Purse I got Today. :)" (sic). However, reports suggest that the bag in the snaps of Paris' arrest for alleged cocaine possession looks remarkably similar to this one. At the time of her arrest, Paris told officers that the bag was not hers but that she had borrowed it from a friend (and thus not everything inside was hers). It has not yet been confirmed that this bag is the same one she used on the night in question - but if a connection is made, Paris might be in even more trouble.

When a US magazine reported that Ashton Kutcher had been caught kissing a woman that was not Demi Moore, he took to his Twitter page to defend himself. He posted: "I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees. STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction." Wife Demi posted her support for Ashton by replying: "No question! Excellent point my love!" The designer signed up in preparation for Fashion Week and has so far posted just one message, but has amassed over 13,000 followers already. She tweeted: "Finally!! Samantha Ronson is the subject of a criminal investigation following allegations that her dog Cadillac allegedly attacked and killed a small Maltese dog. Samantha's bulldog is said to have killed the two-year-old animal in an incident at Samantha's apartment building.
An animal control official informed TMZ that they will be looking into the circumstances of the alleged attack, following reports that this is not the first case of Samantha's dog attacking another animal. Samantha took to Twitter to convey her feelings on the matter. She said: "There is absolutely nothing I can say that will alter one minute of today, nothing. I feel incredibly sad and wish I could offer more than condolences, unfortunately there are no words to describe how sorry I am."
